We take great pride in our work but please note we cannot be held responsible for the following things:
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer
- Inferior quality or low resolution uploaded images
- Design errors introduced by a customer when they upload their artwork or in the creation process
- Errors in user selected options such as choice or finish, quality or product type
Please ensure that to minimize any of the above you take time to check your chosen product carefully before approving it online. This approval is your acceptance that what we produce from system created PDF file is acceptable. We have very limited options with regards to making any alterations to file once you have approved them.
Please be aware that due to the nature of four-colour printing, the colours you see on screen may vary slightly from those produced on the final printed product, this is because colour is visually displayed in a different way to that used in the printing process.
Our aim is to provide you with high quality printed products and services. If you are not completely happy with your purchase then please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receipt of your goods. We will be happy to discuss your concerns regarding the delivered items. We strive constantly to increase our quality level so feedback is always welcome.
