Q: What are your delivery Turnaround times?
A: All products on this website (unless specifically stated) have a lead time of 3-5 working days.
Q: Is your payment method Secure?
A: We use SagePay a Secure online payment system which has been operating for over 10 years, and securely process millions of transactions each year. No card details are retained on our web servers.
Q: I need some print but it doesn’t fit with any of your templates – can you help me?
A: Yes we can – simply e-mail us on greenshiresprint@greenshires.com to provide us with as much information as you can about what you need, or call us on 0116 202 2661. We’ll get straight back to you if we have any questions to confirm a price and let you know how to place the order.
Q: I already have my artwork – how do I order?
A: If you already have your artwork and it fits to one of our blank templates (provided in most of our product sections) you can follow the instructions and upload your artwork directly into our system. Pricing is the same for print produced using your own artwork as it would be using our templates. Just make sure that your artwork matches the artwork specification explained on the blank template, otherwise the results may not be as you expect. If you prefer to deal directly with a person, you can e-mail us at greenshiresprint@greenshires.com attaching your artwork and we’ll be back to you as quickly as we can.
